Sewer and Water

Sewer and water installation and connection to the structure performed by JS Stewart Companies requires no special scheduling or effort on the part of the customer. We pull all sewer and water installation permits, handle underground utility location procedures, and schedule all necessary inspections. Most importantly, we perform the backfill of the foundation at the same time as the sewer and water installation so there are no separate schedules to coordinate. We have a Pipelayer's Certificate and surety bond through the state of MN, and we see to all special licensing and insurance needs.
